1.1 If the Client provides personal information to the Provider, the Provider will collect, use, hold, and disclose in accordance with this Privacy Policy
1.2 The Client does not have to provide personal information however it may affect the Provider’s ability to deliver services
1.3 Any information received from a third party will be protected as set out in this Privacy Policy
1.4 A third party providing information about the Client represents and warrants that the information was obtained with the Client’s consent
1.5 The Client may request access to personal information held by the Provider. The provision of such information will incur an administrative fee. However, in some cases, the Provider may not be legally permitted to provide the requested information
1.6 All reasonable steps will be taken to provide the requested information and/or the Client will be reasonable advised and reasons will be given for why information cannot be given
1.7 The Client should contact the Provider if they believe any information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, misleading, or irrelevant. In certain situations, the Provider may not be legally permitted to make changes but in situations where they can, it will be done as soon as reasonably possible

j) Any personal information offered, directly or indirectly through use of provided services, applications, and accounts permitted by the Client to collect information
k) Any personal information requested by the Provider
3. How information is collected
a) Directly – The Provider has access to personal data that the Client voluntarily provides, such as through contact form on the company website, send an email, or call for assistance.
b) Indirectly – The Provider may collect personal information which is indirectly provided during interaction between the Parties, such as when the company website is used, in emails, over the telephone and in online enquiries.
c) Through third parties – Personal information is obtained from third parties, such as information on how the company website is used. This is obtained from service providers who offer analytics, cookies, and marketing.

a) Information is used to contact and communicate with clients about their inquiries and about services provided
